At Maruti Agro Exim we source all our raw materials from various states with high
caution. We have a formalized system of n stages to carefully scrutinize all our
products to complement the needs of our customers.
We have divided the sourcing process into various departments to ensure smooth working
of each unit. We also have quality controllers who conduct precise quality control tests
at every stage of processing.
The products that we offer are precision processed by the experienced professionals, who
possess an immense knowledge and experience in their respective fields.
We procure
materials from certified vendors or directly from farms to ensure wholesomeness of the
product. The offered product range is available in standard as well as customized
specifications.
We are equipped with a state-of-art production, cleaning & packaging facilities, warehousing & storage facilities. Our ability to deliver large volumes within a stipulated time schedule has aided us in.
Our Processing unit are located in the industrial hub of Madhya Pradesh, Mandideep which is undoubtedly biggest industrial area of state and center for “Wheat, Rice, Edible Oils, Pulses, Corn/Maize, etc”, where we assure our customer for best quality always. Also we have work locations in Bhopal & Mandideep, Indore & Pithampur.
We encourage Third-party Inspection for reassurance of quality requirements. All products
are accompanied by Test certificates, as applicable, thus authenticity and quality of
goods is assured.

Quality Testing & Documentation are parallel process in each of below steps
Step 1
:
Requirement Collection & Analysis
Requirement Collection & Analysis is the fundamental stage and most important in our process. It is performed by the senior members of the team and domain experts, with inputs from the customer. They set up some meetings with the customer to gather all the requirements like what the customer wants to be delivered, that is product specification.
All possible requirements of the products to be delivered are captured in this phase. Once the requirement is collected & understood, they are documented in a "PRS"- Product Requirement Specification document, and shared with customer.
This information is then used to plan the approach, collect data from field and to conduct product feasibility study in the economical, operational and technical areas.
Step 2 :
Process
Planning
Once the Requirements are collected, analyzed, documented and reviewed by the customer, the next step is to clearly define the execution steps for complete process like Material Acquisition, Processing, Packaging, Logistics, Banking, Delivery, Documentation, etc.
Requirement Specifications & its Analysis from first phase are studied in this phase, this
information is then used to plan the approach, collect data from field and to conduct
product feasibility study in the economical, operational and technical areas.
Planning
for the quality assurance requirements and identification of the risks associated with the
process is also done in the planning stage.
The outcome of the this phase is to define the various approaches that can be followed to complete the order successfully in time with minimum risks. This helps in defining the overall approach.
Planning is performed in a detailed and organized manner, order completion takes place without much hassle.
Step 3 :
Material
Acquisition
This stage involves the procurement of raw materials. All basic materials are acquired with immense care from either the market or directly from the farms. On the basis of data collection in earlier stage, procurement of raw materials starts and kept in appropriate places with safety.
We have a dedicated team that goes on farm or field visits throughout network and interacts with farmers or suppliers to obtain their opinions on the quality of required and available products. The process of quality check starts right from the farm's or vendor's end.
Requirement Document Specification is the reference for material acquisition to come out with the best material with price for the product to be delivered.
Material collected is reviewed by the team and based on various parameters as product quality, budget and time constraints, risk assessment, etc..
Step 4
:
Manufacturing / Processing
In this stage the actual manufacturing or processing starts and the product is manufactured or processed, with following all the standards. Processing & Packaging Team follows the guidelines described by management and mentioned in execution steps.
Next, we have a team of specialists wholly for processing, packing and loading. Throughout the procedure we are extremely alert to make sure no extraneous matter are spotted in our cargo.
Step 5 :
Quality
Testing & Packaging
Quality Testing is usually a subset of all the stages. However, this stage refers to the testing only stage of the product where product standards are reported, tracked, fixed and retested, until the product reaches the quality standards defined in the Product Requirement Specification (PRS) Doc.
After processing, it is tested against the requirements to make sure that the products are up to the mark. Than packaging starts according to their types for ex. PP Bags, Corrugated Boxes, Jute Bags, etc.
We encourage Third-party Inspection for reassurance of quality requirements. All products are accompanied by Test certificates, as applicable, thus authenticity and quality of goods is assured.
Step 6 :
Shipping
& Documentation
Once the product is tested and ready to be shipped, it is released formally in the appropriate transportation. For the shipping process, we use third party certification and also in house checklists to inspect every container we use to ship the cargo. All containers are thoroughly checked to meet the food safety standards before transportation.
Step 7 :
Post
Shipping Services
Sometime we require to assist our customers for post shipping services for route details, schedules of shipping line & cargo delivery, Banking and other formalities. We are pleased to serve our customer in every aspects.

Feedback
Collection & Experience Analysis
Finally, after delivery of order and payments, and cargo release at customer's end, we are eager to know how we performed for our customer, for our mission. A detailed feedback is collected from customer to know what is fine and where we can improve ourselves. How much they liked the product quality. And how is their experience of working with us. So that we can make update for betterment of the Products & Processes, Customer Service Experience & Relations.
